Job summary

BBH seeks a Senior Program Manager to join its New York office. You will lead large, multi‑disciplinary projects from strategy through delivery, ensuring on‑time results, quality output and budget adherence.

You will partner with Creative, Client Services, Finance, Strategy, Data and Technology to optimize processes, manage risks, and drive profitable client engagements while maintaining strong agency relationships and a culture of excellence.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of program management experience in a creative services environment.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across strategy, data, production and creative.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern multiple large-scale client engagements from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with Creative, Client Services, Finance, Strategy, Data, Analytics, Media and Tech teams.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets and staffing to preserve margin and quality.
• Maintain high standards of reporting, documentation and asset management.
• Proactively mitigate risks and communicate issues with clear mitigation plans.
• Support new business opportunities and client relationships.
