Job summary

Code and Theory is seeking a seasoned Project Leader to steer integrated digital, social, video, and content programs. You will partner with creative, strategy, and technology teams to shape work that is on-brand, scalable, and delivered on time and on budget.

You will own end-to-end programs, manage risks, and maintain client relationships while driving profitability and growth across accounts. Remote-first culture with offices worldwide and a focus on collaboration.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience leading integrated projects across digital, social, video, content, and campaigns.
• Proactive problem solver with ability to move from brief to delivery.
• Love of content, storytelling, and creative ideas.
• Background in production, account management, or program management.
• Strong client relationships and ability to hold client calls.
• Budget management, SOW creation, and scope control.
• Vendor and freelancer sourcing and management.
• Ability to move fast without breaking things.
• Humility and collaborative spirit under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Champion great ideas from the jump by collaborating with creative, strategy, and technology teams.
• Own projects from brief/pitch to final delivery, identify risks, and escalate when needed.
• Keep multiple workstreams coordinated with minimal oversight.
• Serve as the day-to-day client contact on accounts and keep clients engaged.
• Build trust with senior stakeholders and present confidently in meetings.
• Drive alignment across clients, internal teams, and external partners.
• Facilitate reviews across creative, strategy, technology, and leadership.
• Own project scope, SOWs, budgets, and profitability, including change orders.
• Identify opportunities to grow client partnerships and expand impact.
• Stay ahead of technology trends and new workflows to move work forward.
• Mentor producers and team members and share best practices.
