UnitedMasters, Inc. in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to join Translation and lead programs across creative, production, and strategy. This hybrid role includes four in-office days and one remote day.

The role requires 3+ years in a creative agency setting, strong client-facing experience, and fluency with Google Suite. You will coordinate teams and manage milestones to deliver high-impact outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a creative agency or similar with advertising, marketing, media, production, and agency finance.
• Experience with integrated campaigns across broadcast, digital, experiential and/or social.
• Experience leading calls with cross-functional agency teams and interfacing with clients.
• Fluent in Google Suite (Sheets/Slides); experience with resource management or project planning tools.
• Strong curiosity with a strong desire to learn and engage AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop scopes, timelines, budgets and delivery systems for programs ranging from complex to simple.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings with key stakeholders through the program lifecycle.
• Deliver strategic and creative deliverables to day-to-day clients and own reports.
• Manage talent allocations and ensure programs are on time and on budget.
• Coordinate internal teams and align with overarching strategy of the engagement.
• Develop understanding of client business, industry, competitors and audience.
• Reinforce team processes and manage documentation and communications.
