Job summary

Peraton seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead a high-visibility federal data integration program spanning DOI, FWS, and NMFS. You will provide executive oversight and serve as the primary interface between the delivery team and government stakeholders in a remote setting.

This role requires coordinating multiple workstreams, managing schedules, budgets, and risks, ensuring contract compliance, and delivering reports and briefings to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience managing multi-agency federal technology programs
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
• Experience with federal IT governance frameworks (FITARA, FedRAMP, FISMA)
• Understanding of federal contract vehicles (IDIQ, GWAC) and COR/CO relationships
• PMI-ACP or SAFe certification or PMP or similar
• Excellent written and verbal communication; experience briefing senior government officials
• Experience managing distributed remote teams

Responsibilities

• Provide contract-level oversight across all project workstreams and period of performance
• Serve as primary interface with Contracting Officer and ensure IDIQ contract compliance
• Oversee schedule, budget, risk posture at program level; escalate issues to government leadership
• Coordinate with DOI OCIO, FWS, NOAA, OMB, CEQ to maintain multi-agency alignment
• Review and approve all contractual deliverables before government submission
• Oversee preparation and submission of Monthly Progress Reports and quarterly summaries
• Coordinate MVP Demonstration Package delivery and government briefing materials
• Review and approve Production Deployment Report and post-deployment monitoring results
• Manage staffing allocations and resource planning across peak delivery periods
• Ensure FITARA compliance for IT acquisitions and cloud engagements
• Escalation point for unresolved cross-agency blockers and risks
