Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead a high-visibility federal data integration program for the DOI, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, and NOAA Fisheries.

You will provide executive-level oversight across multiple workstreams and act as the primary interface between the delivery team and government stakeholders. This remote role requires 12+ years of federal program management experience, the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance, and proven governance

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience managing multi-agency federal technology programs.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Experience with FITARA, FedRAMP, and FISMA governance.
• PM certification (PMP or similar).

Responsibilities

• Provide contract-level oversight across all project workstreams.
• Interface with the Contracting Officer to ensure IDIQ contract compliance.
• Oversee schedule, budget, and risk posture at the program level.
• Coordinate with DOI OCIO and agency partners for multi-agency alignment.
• Review and approve contractual deliverables before government submission.
• Prepare Monthly Progress Reports and Year-End Final Report.
