Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a large, geographically dispersed team across program management, data, and reporting for ICE. The role involves guiding processes, analytics, case management, and strategic planning to execute government taskings and deliverables.

The position is fully remote with DHS clearance required and the contract is unfunded and contingent upon award. Competitive salary range and benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience.
• 12+ years in dynamic customer delivery environments.
• Direct experience in a law enforcement environment.
• Experience working with ICE data and processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing processes and practices to streamline reporting and data needs across all ICE Areas of Responsibility (AORs).
• Provide thought leadership on paths for innovation and automation for project deliverables and HQ communications.
• Guide delivery team personnel on daily/weekly requirements and ad-hoc tasks.
• Lead customer engagement to discuss needs, issues and challenges and paths to resolution.
• Lead cross-discipline teams to ensure adherence to project requirements, deadlines and schedules.
• Review project deliverables and artifacts for compliance and quality standards.
• Develop and disseminate information among business and technical customers to support the program.
• Establish effective project communication plans and ensure execution.
• Analyze changes in requirements and recommend expedient solutions.
• Translate complex issues into a clear narrative and prepare compelling visuals using PowerPoint.
