Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a large, geographically dispersed team supporting DHS ICE. The role emphasizes process optimization, data analytics, and strategic planning in a fully remote setting.

You will guide delivery teams, engage with customers, and ensure timely, compliant outcomes across multi-site operations. The ideal candidate has 12+ years in dynamic delivery environments, direct law-enforcement domain experience, and strong communication and presentation skills,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (or commensurate experience).
• 12+ years of experience in dynamic customer delivery environments (2 years may be removed for a masters degree).
• Direct experience in a Law enforcement specific environment.
• Experience working with ICE specific data and processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing processes to streamline reporting and data needs across ICE Areas of Responsibility (AORs).
• Provide leadership on paths for innovation and automation for project team deliverables and field communications with HQ.
• Provide guidance to delivery team personnel executing daily/weekly requirements and ad-hoc tasks.
• Lead customer engagement to discuss needs, issues, and challenges faced by the clients and pathways to resolution.
• Lead cross-discipline coordination to ensure alignment with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Review project deliverables to ensure compliance and quality standards.
• Develop and disseminate information among business and technical customers in support of the program.
• Establish effective project communication plans and ensure their execution.
• Analyze changes in requirements and recommend expedient solutions promptly.
• Translate complex issues into a clear narrative and prepare succinct visuals using PowerPoint.
