Job summary

Cyclotron seeks a senior Program Manager to lead high-impact consulting engagements and nurture long-term client relationships. The role blends delivery excellence with strategic advisory to meet client objectives and drive growth.

You will guide engagements through SDLC-aligned delivery, manage complex stakeholders, and ensure financial performance and client satisfaction across industries.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategic consulting and program management within an enterprise client-facing role.
• Proven track record managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and executive audiences.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and modern project delivery methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall).
• Solid technical foundation, including experience with Microsoft technologies and cloud-based solutions.
• Experience managing project financials, including budgets, forecasting, and milestone-based funding.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary strategic advisor to clients, aligning consulting solutions with business goals.
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of consulting projects across multiple industries.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Drive business development by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Facilitate executive-level communications and stakeholder reporting.
• Oversee financial performance of engagements, including billing, and forecasting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent delivery standards and client satisfaction.
• Support strategic transformation initiatives for clients.
• Contribute to the development of consulting methodologies, templates, and best practices.
