Cyclotron is seeking a senior Project Manager to lead engagement management for Microsoft-focused initiatives. You will own relationships, translate business needs into executable plans, and drive delivery with cross-functional teams, ensuring value and long-term partnership success.

Remote role across the US and Canada, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement, risk management, and continuous improvement within the EMO. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategic consulting and project management in enterprise settings.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
• Strong SDLC understanding and modern delivery methods (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall).
• Solid technical foundation with Microsoft technologies and cloud solutions.
• Experience managing project financials, budgets, forecasting.
• Excellent communication with executive audiences.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into actionable plans.
• Organized and able to manage multiple engagements.
• Collaborative leadership and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary accountability and escalation point for client engagements.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, delivery teams, and executives.
• Act as trusted advisor guiding the project lifecycle beyond updates.
• Demonstrate understanding of client context and why behind projects.
• Drive business development by identifying upsell opportunities.
