Job summary

Cyclotron, Inc. is seeking a senior-level Project Manager to lead Microsoft-centric IT services engagements within the Engagement Management Office (EMO).

Remote in US or Canada, you will own the engagement, manage stakeholders, and ensure value delivery across complex initiatives. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and optimize outcomes, while maintaining strong client relationships and driving opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategic consulting and project management within an enterprise client-facing role.
• Proven track record managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and executive audiences.
• Strong understanding of the SDLC and modern delivery methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall).
• Solid technical foundation with experience in Microsoft technologies and cloud-based solutions.
• Experience managing project financials, budgets, forecasting, and milestone funding.
• Demonstrated strength in client engagement management, including expectation setting and risk mitigation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across organizational levels.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans and insights.
• Confident decision-maker with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple engagements.

Responsibilities

• Engagement & Stakeholder Management: own the overall success of client engagements and relationships.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders and executives.
• Act as trusted advisor, guiding the project lifecycle beyond execution updates.
• Understand client business context and project WHY behind the work.
• Drive business development by identifying upsell opportunities within accounts.
