Job summary

Egnyte is seeking a Senior Professional Services Sales Manager to drive revenue through expert pre-sales leadership and deep knowledge of Egnyte’s services. This remote role supports opportunities across the U.S., aligning customer needs with scalable professional services and successful delivery.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in technology consulting or customer-facing sales roles.
• Experience with sales cycles as pre-sales engineer or sales manager.
• Experience working with MSPs desirable.
• Experience with data migrations, Cloud vs On-prem, or Security/Governance desirable.
• Track record of meeting objectives and exceeding targets at top companies.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with SaaS Account Executives to scope customer needs and articulate value of Egnyte Professional Services.
• Act as a consultative seller, translating services solutions into customer value and faster time-to-value.
• Assist Customer Success teams in expanding install base opportunities.
• Help evolve PS sales collateral and customer pitches.
• Review and approve scope and cost of Professional Services; support SOW creation.
• Engage with customers during sales cycle, early implementation, and transition to servicing.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to drive cross-functional initiatives.
