Egnyte is seeking a Senior Manager, Professional Services - Custom Development & AI to lead a hands-on team delivering custom integrations and AI-driven solutions on Egnyte APIs. You will mentor consultants, own delivery quality, and shape architecture with customers across pre-sales and delivery lifecycle.

The role emphasizes staying ahead in AI, MCP standards, and agentic frameworks while collaborating with Sales, Product and Customer Success to maximize customer value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in total IT/consulting with customer-facing experience.
• 3+ years hands-on AI tech including LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Expert MCP integrations and agentic AI architectures.
• Proficient Python and React for integrations and front-end work.
• Experience with cloud platforms and modern SaaS integration patterns.
• Proven people management and team leadership in enterprise settings.
• Strong data privacy, security, and governance understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of custom development and AI consultants.
• Oversee bespoke integrations, scripting, and API-based solutions.
• Guide MCP server integrations and agentic AI design with customers.
• Stay current with AI trends and translate into client guidance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to drive value.
• Establish best practices and reusable solution patterns.
• Advise on architecture patterns aligning with Egnyte’s platform.
• Manage resources and ensure timely delivery to a high standard.
