The role requires deep expertise in Python/React, MCP, and cloud platforms, with a strong focus on governance, security, and expanding customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years overall experience, with 5+ years in customer-facing Tech Consulting/PS
• 3+ years hands-on AI with LLMs, agentic AI frameworks, and prompts
• Proficiency in Python and React for custom integrations and lightweight front-end solutions
• Experience with MCP integrations and architecting AI solutions for enterprise
• Strong data privacy, security, and governance understanding in AI deployments
• Proven track record engaging enterprise, mid-market, and SMB accounts
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of custom development and AI consultants.
• Own delivery and quality of Custom Development and AI practices, including bespoke integrations and MCP server integrations.
• Engage with customers during pre-sales architecture reviews and throughout engagements.
• Stay current with AI landscape and translate insights into guidance for customers and team.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to identify expansion opportunities.
• Establish best practices, delivery frameworks, and reusable patterns for practices.
• Advise on architecture patterns that complement Egnyte’s platform.
• Track team performance and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
