Job summary

Egnyte seeks a Senior Manager, Professional Services to lead Custom Development & AI initiatives across customer engagements in the US. You will mentor a team of technical consultants and AI specialists, delivering integrations, automation, and AI-driven solutions that accelerate onboarding and platform adoption.

The role combines hands-on delivery with strategic leadership, guiding pre-sales architecture reviews, shaping solution designs, and partnering with Sales, Product, and Customer Success

Qualifications

• 10+ years in tech with 5+ years in customer-facing consulting.
• 3+ years hands-on with AI tech including LLMs and agentic AI.
• Proven MCP integrations and agentic AI architectures.
• Proficient in Python and React for custom integrations.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud; cloud certs a plus.
• People management: hire, develop, retain high-performing teams.
• Strong data privacy, security, and governance for enterprise AI.
• Experience engaging enterprise, mid-market and SMB accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of consultants; act as player-coach.
• Own delivery quality for Custom Development and AI practices.
• Guide bespoke integrations, scripting, and solutions on Egnyte APIs.
• Engage with customers in pre-sales architecture reviews and engagements.
• Stay current with AI landscape; translate knowledge for customers and team.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to drive value.
• Establish best practices and reusable solution patterns.
• Assess architecture patterns that fit Egnyte’s platform.
• Track team performance and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
