Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. seeks a Production Print Solutions Analyst to partner with the sales team, provide advanced technical advice, and support color-centric pre- and post-sales engagements. You will assist with discovery calls, trainings, and the implementation of color solutions.

The role requires 3–5 years in production printing, strong Adobe/Quark skills, and willingness to travel up to 70% for customer engagements. This is a full-time remote-position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, plus 3 to 5 years of related experience.
• Experience in printing pre-sales/post-sales support in Large Format, office and production environments.
• Fluent with Adobe Creative Suite, Quark Xpress and standard color tools/file formats (JPEG, TIFF, EPS, PDF).
• Proficient with Postscript/PDF handling tools like Acrobat Distiller; extensive travel up to 70%.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales on evaluation of prospective customers and enterprise printing solutions.
• Participate in on-site customer visits for meetings, surveys and inspections.
• Engage with IT staff as a technical advisor during deployments.
• Support installation and integration of products and color solutions.
• Contribute to RFP responses and ongoing project management for complex solutions.
