Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Production Print Solutions Analyst in Overland Park, KS. This virtual role supports sales with advanced technical advice and directs professional services related to networked printing devices and software solutions.

The candidate will engage with sales teams, participate in customer visits, and collaborate on RFPs while providing post-sales 24/7 support and implementation services. Travel up to 70% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required.
• 3 to 5 years of related experience in printing pre-sales/post-sales support.
• Experience with Large Format, office and production printing environments.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Quark Xpress or similar tools and file formats (JPEG, TIFF, EPS, PDF).
• Experience with Postscript/PDF handling tools (Acrobat Pro Distiller).
• Willingness to travel up to 70% including overnight stays.
• Certificate: Color Management Professional Master; Datastream knowledge (AFP, VIPP, PPML, LCDS/Metacode) a plus.
• Experience in Windows, UNIX & Macintosh environments; post-sales 24/7 support and implementation services.

Responsibilities

• Support sales with evaluations, account strategy and enterprise printing solutions.
• Participate in on-site customer visits for meetings, surveys and inspections.
• Meet with IT staff as technical advisor.
• Assist with RFP responses and provide project management for complex solutions.
• Assist in installation and integration of products and applications.
• Generate professional services revenue, conduct training, and provide integration direction.
