Job summary

dv01 is seeking a seasoned professional to assist Sales and Account Management with product pitches, consultations, and trainings in-person and remotely. You will collaborate with Product Management to shape new product development and communicate value to clients.

The role requires 5+ years post graduate experience with customer-facing pre- and post-sales work, plus strong knowledge of Financial Technology and capital markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years post graduate experience with at least 3 years working with customers in pre- and post-sales support roles.
• Experience with Financial Technology - ideally SAAS products, Excel, SQL or another coding language.
• Capital Markets knowledge in Structured Products, ideally ABS or RMBS.
• Strong communication and ability to present to executive and analyst levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales and Account Management with product pitches, consultations, and trainings in-person and remotely.
• Work closely with Product Management to drive new product development and communicate our value proposition.
• Capture feedback to identify product opportunities and relay that information across teams.
