Job summary

WhiteTech is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to own a strategic fintech product from vision to execution. You will define strategy, shape the roadmap, deliver MVPs, and drive growth across the product lifecycle.

Collaborating with engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders, you will build scalable fintech solutions, including PSP/EMI, SaaS, and open banking features, while aligning with CET remote work expectations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in tech-driven companies.
• Experience owning products from discovery through delivery and growth.
• Experience working with customers, enterprise clients, or stakeholders.
• Strong vision, roadmap, and MVP strategy expertise.
• Experience with Agile product development methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Backlog prioritization with data-driven decisions.
• Collaboration with engineering, QA, UI/UX, and business stakeholders.
• Hands-on Jira, Confluence, and product management tools.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap.
• Lead discovery through customer interviews and market analysis.
• Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders.
• Create and maintain a structured product backlog.
• Define KPIs and measurable business outcomes.
• Prioritize initiatives based on value, impact, and feasibility.
• Engage with customers, partners, and leaders to validate direction.
• Own delivery from discovery to release with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor adoption, performance, and business impact.
