Job summary
FormativGroup seeks a Senior Salesforce Presales Solution Engineer – Financial Services for a remote role in the United States. You will partner with sales, industry SMEs, and delivery leaders to shape transformational Salesforce opportunities across Insurance, Wealth & Asset Management, and Banking.
The role requires strong consultative skills, deep Salesforce expertise, and current certifications. You will design practical solutions, build demonstrations, and support technical win strategies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in solution engineering, enterprise consulting, or similar client-facing role.
- Financial-services sector experience in Insurance, Wealth & Asset Management, or Banking.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and cloud products.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical Salesforce designs.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and shape technical strategy.
- Lead discovery sessions on current-state processes and regulatory considerations.
- Collaborate with Industry SMEs to translate priorities into Salesforce solution approaches.
- Design scalable Salesforce solutions leveraging Financial Services Cloud and related products.
- Develop demonstrations, proofs-of-concept, and executive presentations for clients.
- Lead technical portions of proposals, RFIs, and client presentations.
