Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Senior Product Specialist P3 to enable Leasing Technologies and support internal lease comps tools. The role requires strong leasing knowledge, data‑driven mindset, and proven ability to engage brokers with prompt, accurate responses.

You will help build processes and templates for broker interactions while ensuring data integrity. Remote role with CST working hours and potential travel for broker meetings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in leasing, tenant representation, or commercial real estate.
• Comfortable with data and AI tools: able to work with a dashboard, a spreadsheet, and Jira for tracking data-quality issues.
• SQL is a plus, not a requirement.
• Clear, fast, confident communicator: able to explain a lease term to a senior broker without confusing or talking down to them, and able to disagree when needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for brokers confirming or correcting AI‑extracted lease comp terms, replying within minutes during working hours.
• Proactively identify brokers and markets that have gone quiet and determine why by email, phone, or through team leads.
• Judge broker corrections against the lease and local Research conventions, logging the verdict.
