Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks a Senior Product Specialist P3 for Leasing Technologies to enable internal lease comps. You’ll partner with brokers, ensure rapid AI-output validation, and drive adoption of AI tools across Leasing. You’ll build playbooks, templates, and escalation paths to scale the function.

The role emphasizes early-stage ownership, data-driven improvements, and cross-functional collaboration with Research and Product teams to refine tooling and processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leasing, tenant representation, or commercial real estate experience.
• Working knowledge of Full Service Gross, Modified Gross, and NNN; TI and free rent variations by market.
• Data and AI tools familiarity; able to evaluate AI outputs critically.
• SQL is a plus, not a requirement.
• Clear, fast, confident communicator with brokers; able to disagree when needed.

Responsibilities

• Product support & escalation management; act as primary contact for broker confirmations/corrections and respond the same day.
• Identify markets with low activity and determine reasons via email/phone.
• Judge broker corrections against lease terms and log the values and verdicts.
• Capture broker feedback and close the loop after fixes.
• Handle confidentiality requests and flag conflicts with Research.
• Build broker-facing playbooks, templates, and checklists to scale the function.
