Qualifications

7+ years in CRE and technology adoption.
Expertise in AI and automation for brokerage workflows.
Ability to lead large cross-functional programs independently.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Hybrid role with travel across US markets.

Responsibilities

Act as strategic partner to drive AI adoption and enablement across US brokers.
Define adoption metrics and build dashboards to track impact.
Build relationships with brokerage leaders and run quarterly business reviews.
Deliver training and enablement programs, including on-site activations.
Develop communities of practice and a library of reusable assets.
