Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks a Lead, Tech Enablement to partner with Leasing Technologies nationwide, driving AI adoption and digital fluency. You’ll accelerate tool use, improve workflows, and scale best practices across markets, acting as the voice of the broker to influence leadership.

Expect hybrid work and travel to JLL offices. You’ll lead multi-market enablement programs, build dashboards, and create centralized libraries of assets while delivering training and measurable

Qualifications

• 7+ years combined experience in commercial real estate and technology adoption.
• Undergraduate degree required.
• Expertise in AI and agentic workflows for brokerage deals.
• Ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional programs independently.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite, CRM, data viz tools (Power BI/Tableau), AI tools.

Responsibilities

• AI Fluency & Enablement: be in-market expert on AI across the broker cycle and tools.
• Data Analytics & Performance: define adoption metrics and build dashboards.
• Strategic Partnerships: influence adoption priorities with brokerage leaders.
• Enablement Programming & Delivery: document and scale playbooks and trainings.
• Community & Champion Development: build practice communities and power users.
