Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks a Lead, Tech Enablement to partner with Leasing Technologies across the United States. You will drive AI adoption, technology change management, and digital fluency, aligning product support, GTM, and product teams to scale best practices and deliver measurable business outcomes.

As an embedded enablement partner, you will advocate for brokers, define adoption metrics, build regional dashboards, and create reusable playbooks and learning tools.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years combined experience in commercial real estate and technology adoption.
• Expertise in AI and agentic workflows for brokerage deal cycles.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional programs independently.
• Experience with modern tech stack including MS Office, CRM, data viz tools.

Aufgaben

• Serve as in-market AI expert across the broker deal cycle and integrations.
• Define adoption metrics, dashboards, and health scores; measure impact.
• Build relationships with brokerage leaders to influence adoption priorities.
• Deliver training and enablement programs; coordinate with Product Support and GTM.
