Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) seeks a Lead, Tech Enablement to partner with Leasing Technologies nationwide. You will drive AI adoption, enablement programs, and scalable regional workflows that accelerate value realization for brokers and leadership.

You will collaborate with Product Support, Go-To-Market, and Product teams to accelerate tool adoption, measure impact, and deliver measurable business value. This is a hybrid role requiring 3x/week in-office and travel across US markets.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years combined experience in commercial real estate (Tenant Rep and/or Agency Leasing) and technology adoption.
• Expertise in AI, including agentic workflows and automation, applied to the brokerage deal cycle.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional programs independently and build strategic relationships.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the in-market expert on AI across the broker deal cycle and adoption of JLL AI tools.
• Define adoption metrics, dashboards, and health scores to measure impact.
• Build relationships with brokerage leaders to influence adoption priorities and optimize workflows.
