Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Lead, Tech Enablement to drive AI adoption and analytics across Leasing Technologies in the U.S. You will partner with Product Support, Go-To-Market, and regional offices to scale best practices and measure impact.

You’ll deliver enablement programs, build reusable playbooks, and lead cross-market initiatives with a hybrid, in-office schedule 3 days/week and travel as needed. A 7+ year CRE/tech adoption background and an undergraduate degree are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years combined experience in commercial real estate and technology adoption.
• Undergraduate degree required.
• Expertise in AI and automation for brokerage workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as in-market expert on AI across the broker deal cycle.
• Define adoption metrics and build dashboards to track performance.
• Build relationships with brokerage leaders to influence adoption priorities.
• Deliver training and enablement programs across markets.
