Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Lead, Tech Enablement to drive AI adoption and enablement across US Leasing tech. You will partner with Product, GTM, and regional teams to accelerate tool adoption and scale best practices across markets.

The role requires 7+ years in CRE and tech adoption, strong AI expertise, and the ability to lead large cross-functional programs. A hybrid in-office arrangement is expected with travel across US markets.

Qualifications

• AI expertise and ability to apply to brokerage workflows.

Responsibilities

• In-market AI expert across the broker deal cycle and tools.
• Build AI workflows with brokers and enable citizen developers.
• Define adoption metrics and build regional dashboards to track impact.
• Develop regional adoption health scores and improvement plans.
• Partner with leadership to drive adoption priorities and co-develop success plans.
• Deliver training and scale reusable assets across markets.
• Mentor power users and build communities of practice.
