Job summary

TalentStack is seeking a Senior Product Partnerships Manager to shape and expand its global technology partner ecosystem. This senior IC role collaborates with Product and Engineering to turn integrations into measurable business growth, with full remote flexibility.

Reporting to the Partnerships Lead, you will identify opportunities, negotiate with partners, and develop joint GTM strategies across developer tools, mobile, payments, analytics and API-first SaaS.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of partnerships experience in technology, product, platform or integration partnerships.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS or developer-focused environments.
• Ability to interpret API documentation, understand SDKs and discuss how different software platforms integrate.
• Experience developing joint GTM strategies that deliver measurable value and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritise and develop technology partnerships that improve customer outcomes and create new commercial opportunities.
• Source, engage and negotiate with prospective technology partners, owning relationships from discovery through launch and adoption.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to evaluate integration opportunities, understand technical requirements and build business cases.
• Develop joint go-to-market strategies with strategic partners, including co-selling and customer adoption.
• Build scalable processes for onboarding, evaluating and supporting new integration partners.
• Establish measurable success criteria, track partnership performance and identify opportunities to increase adoption and revenue.
