Remote is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Remote Build to help customers connect their systems to Remote's global employment platform. You will shape integrations and apps that are reliable, scalable, and easy to adopt.

You will lead API discovery, translate requirements into specs, and align cross-functional teams across engineering, design, operations, GTM, and partners. A strong background in integrations and HRIS/payroll is ideal for this role.

Qualifications

• Senior-level PM with a focus on integrations, APIs, or platform ecosystems.
• Strong empathy for customers and excellent communication skills.
• Experience building partner relationships and cross-functional alignment.
• Clear ability to translate requirements into technical specs and plans.
• Hands-on ability to read and understand sample code and API responses.

Responsibilities

• Lead deep-dive discovery into Remote APIs and partner APIs across 100+ countries.
• Prioritize work based on customer needs, impact, feasibility, and repeatability.
• Coordinate across engineering, design, operations, GTM, sales, CX, and partners.
• Ensure data accuracy, sync reliability, error handling, observability, and supportability.
• Codify patterns, architectures, and playbooks for faster adoption.
• Transform integration learnings into actionable feedback for APIs and product.
