Job summary

Handshake is seeking a seasoned Partnerships Lead - Integrations & Ecosystem to own our integration strategy and data partnerships. You will shape the product roadmap with engineering and product leaders, manage key ATS and data partners, and drive revenue through partner-enabled GTM efforts.

As a senior IC, you’ll translate partner needs into actionable requirements, negotiate complex deals, and mentor cross-functional teams across product and sales.

Qualifications

• Experience owning an integrations or ecosystem-partnerships area end to end.
• Strong track record in HR tech or sales tech partnerships is a plus.
• Proven ability to structure data licensing or data-sharing deals.

Responsibilities

• Set ATS integration strategy and prioritize builds/partnerships.
• Source, negotiate, close integration and data partnerships end to end.
• Own existing ATS and data partners; monitor health and adoption.
• Grow third-party data partnerships for richer product data.
• Translate partner needs into product requirements and data scopes.
• Turn partnerships into measurable revenue and align GTM teams.
