Senior Product Partnerships Manager | Global SaaS Platform
Fully Remote | Senior Individual Contributor | Developer Technology & SaaS
This isn’t a traditional partnerships role.
We’re exclusively partnering with a fast-growing, Series C-backed technology business to appoint a Senior Product Partnerships Manager who will play a key role in shaping and expanding its global technology partner ecosystem.
Our client operates at the intersection of mobile technology, payments, analytics and SaaS, providing the infrastructure that helps digital businesses manage and grow their revenue.
With a global customer base, significant investment and an established presence across the mobile technology ecosystem, the business is entering an exciting phase of growth.
We’re looking for someone who can identify opportunities, build commercially valuable relationships and work closely with Product and Engineering to turn technical integrations into meaningful business growth.
You’ll have the autonomy to shape partnership strategy, influence product priorities and take ownership of relationships from initial concept through to commercial impact.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Partnerships Lead, you’ll join a small, highly collaborative team with considerable influence over the direction of the partner ecosystem.
This is a senior, hands‑on individual contributor position combining strategic partnership development, technical understanding and commercial execution.
Your remit will include:
- Partnership Strategy: Identify, prioritise and develop technology partnerships that improve customer outcomes and create new commercial opportunities.
- New Partnership Development: Source, engage and negotiate with prospective technology partners, owning relationships from initial discovery through agreement, launch and adoption.
- Technology Integrations: Collaborate with Product and Engineering to evaluate integration opportunities, understand technical requirements and build compelling business cases.
- Partner Growth & GTM: Develop joint go-to-market strategies with strategic partners, including co-selling, customer adoption, distribution and revenue-generating initiatives.
- Ecosystem Development: Build scalable processes for onboarding, evaluating and supporting new integration partners.
- Commercial Performance: Establish measurable success criteria, track partnership performance and identify opportunities to increase adoption, engagement and revenue.
You’ll have genuine ownership over which opportunities to pursue, which relationships to develop and where the business should focus its resources.
What We’re Looking For
We’re particularly interested in individuals who have built and developed technology partnerships within high‑growth SaaS or developer‑focused businesses.
Ideally, you’ll bring:
- 4 years of experience in partnerships, with a strong focus on technology, product, platform or integration partnerships.
- Experience working within a startup, scale‑up or fast‑moving SaaS environment.
- A proven track record of identifying, negotiating and launching partnerships rather than solely managing existing relationships.
- Strong technical understanding, with the ability to interpret API documentation, understand SDKs and discuss how different software platforms integrate.
- Experience developing joint GTM strategies that deliver measurable commercial or customer value.
- The ability to work cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales and Marketing teams.
- A commercially minded, entrepreneurial approach, with the confidence to build strategies and execute them independently.
Experience in any of the following ecosystems would be particularly relevant:
- Developer tools and infrastructure
- Mobile applications and app technology
- Payments and financial technology
- Analytics, attribution and customer engagement platforms
- API‑first SaaS businesses
- Subscription and recurring revenue technology
We’re not looking for someone whose experience is limited to reseller agreements, referral partnerships or channel sales.
The ideal person understands how technology products work together, why integrations matter to customers and how to turn those relationships into sustainable commercial value.
