Job summary

Bread Financial is seeking an Account Manager to build internal partner relationships, support client initiatives, and manage invoicing and contract reporting. The role includes handling inventory processes and Salesforce upkeep to support non-campaign expense management.

The candidate will deliver comprehensive portfolio reports, maintain PartnerPortal access, and contribute to accurate metrics and reporting for brand partners and cardholders. Hybrid work with travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 2-3 years in Account Management, Sales, Finance, Product/Project Management, Marketing, or credit card portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Develops relationships with internal partners to support client expectations and deliver initiatives.
• Executes bank-initiated changes affecting brand partners or cardholders; maintains project trackers.
• Manages submission and reconciliation of program invoices; ensures timely contract-related reporting (SLA).
• Supports inventory management and Salesforce maintenance; understands client servicing procedures.
• Delivers portfolio reporting packages and maintains PartnerPortal access; understands reporting tools and metrics.
