Job summary

Bread Financial seeks a results‑driven Account Manager to nurture internal and external partnerships, manage program invoices, and deliver critical reporting for brand partners and cardholders.

You will maintain project trackers, support inventory/expense controls, and ensure adherence to bank procedures. Limited travel may be required; the role combines client service with data‑driven reporting.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent with 2–3 years in Account Management, Sales, Finance, Product/Project Management, Marketing, or credit card portfolio management.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 2+ years in a similar role and multi-level organization leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute bank-initiated changes affecting brand partners or cardholders and maintain project trackers.
• Submit and reconcile program invoices; deliver contract-related reporting (e.g., SLA) and ensure adherence to bank procedures.
• Support inventory management and expense control for non-campaign components; assist with Salesforce maintenance and client servicing procedures.
• Deliver portfolio reporting packages and maintain Partners Portal access; understand reporting tools and metrics.
• Travel up to 5% and potential overtime to meet deadlines.
