Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a strategic, hands-on Manager, Product Marketing to lead a team and own product marketing for key lines of business. You will translate customer and market insights into positioning, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies.

You will define segmentation, ICPs, TAM/SAM/SOM, and work with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing to drive adoption and growth. Remote with Virginia-based candidates considered, leading a high-impact team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product marketing in B2B SaaS or complex solutions.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Proven ability to translate market insights into go-to-market plans.
• Experience pricing, packaging, and revenue modeling.
• Strong storytelling and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Own product marketing strategy and execution from market assessment through launch and growth.
• Define market, commercial, and go-to-market strategies.
• Develop ICPs, segmentation, competitive intel, and TAM/SAM/SOM analyses.
• Translate insights into recommendations for product investments and routes to market.
• Equip Sales and Customer Success with narratives, tools, and battlecards.
