Job summary

RethinkFirst seeks a strategic, hands-on Manager, Product Marketing to lead and develop a team while owning product marketing for key lines of business. You will translate customer, market, product, and performance insights into clear positioning, pricing, packaging, GTM strategies, and growth plans in close partnership with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or related experience in B2B SaaS or a related complex solution environment.
• 3+ years of people management.
• Ownership of a product, portfolio, or line of business and a track record of turning market insight into adoption, growth, or improved commercial performance.
• Hands-on experience with pricing and packaging, TAM/SAM/SOM analysis, segmentation, customer research, competitive intelligence, positioning, messaging, and product launches.
• Experience building customer advocacy programs, testimonials, and case studies that connect customer outcomes to market positioning and revenue growth.
• Experience partnering with enterprise Sales, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing teams.
• Commercial and analytical fluency with ability to structure ambiguous questions, test assumptions, interpret data, and make defensible recommendations.
• Excellent writing, storytelling, presentation, project management, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly own product marketing strategy and execution for designated lines of business, from market assessment through launch, adoption, and growth.
• Define Market and Commercial Strategy.
• Develop a clear view of customers, competitors, market dynamics, and whitespace through research, win/loss insights, product data, and field feedback.
• Own segmentation, ideal customer profiles, competitive intelligence, and TAM/SAM/SOM analysis to inform where and how the company can win.
• Turn market and business insights into actionable recommendations for product investment, revenue planning, and routes to market.
• Own pricing and packaging strategy in partnership with Product, Finance, Sales, and business leadership.
• Equip Sales and Customer Success with narratives, tools, training, and competitive guidance to win, retain, and expand customers.
• Partner with Customer Success and Sales to identify customer advocates and translate testimonials into proof points for campaigns and executive audiences.
• Track adoption and commercial performance, including pipeline influence, conversion, win rate, retention, expansion, and price realization, and adjust strategies based on results.
• Communicate priorities, insights, risks, and recommendations clearly to executives and cross-functional partners.
