Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a strategic, hands-on Manager, Product Marketing to lead and develop a team while owning product marketing for key lines of business.

You will translate customer, market, product, and performance insights into clear positioning, pricing and packaging, go-to-market strategies, and growth recommendations in close partnership with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product marketing in B2B SaaS or complex solutions; includes 3+ years of people management.
• Ownership of product, portfolio, or line of business with track record of translating market insight into adoption and growth.
• Hands-on pricing/packaging, TAM/SAM/SOM analysis, segmentation, customer research, competitive intelligence, positioning and launches.

Responsibilities

• Directly own product marketing strategy and execution for designated lines of business from market assessment through launch, adoption, and growth.
• Define Market and Commercial Strategy; develop segmentation, ICPs, and messaging.
• Turn market insights into actionable recommendations for product investment, revenue planning, and routes to market.
• Own pricing and packaging strategy in partnership with Product, Finance, Sales, and leadership.
• Equip Sales and Customer Success with narratives, tools, and training to win and expand customers.
• Track adoption and commercial performance—pipeline influence, conversion, win rate, retention, and price realization.
