RethinkFirst is seeking a strategic, hands-on Manager, Product Marketing to lead a team and own product marketing for key lines of business. This role translates customer, market, product, and performance insights into clear positioning, pricing, packaging, go-to-market strategies, and growth recommendations in close partnership with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or related experience in B2B SaaS or similar environment.
• Proven ownership of a product, portfolio, or line of business and strong impact on adoption or growth.
• Hands-on experience with pricing, segmentation, ICPs, competitive intel, positioning, and launches.
• Experience building customer advocacy programs and creating case studies that tie to revenue growth.
• Ability to partner with enterprise Sales, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing on launches.
• Strong leadership with ability to delegate, give feedback, and lead by example.
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and executive communication skills.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of product marketers with clear priorities.
• Own product marketing strategy and execution from market assessment through launch and growth.
• Partner with Product and business leaders to shape roadmaps and investment plans.
• Develop views of customers, competitors, market dynamics, and whitespace from research and field feedback.
• Own segmentation, ICPs, competitive intelligence, and TAM/SAM/SOM analysis.
• Turn insights into actionable recommendations for product investment and routes to market.
• Lead positioning, messaging, and value propositions for assigned businesses.
• Own pricing and packaging strategy with cross-functional partners.
• Lead go-to-market for new products and major enhancements.
• Equip Sales and Customer Success with narratives, tools, and training.
• Track adoption and performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Communicate priorities and risks clearly to executives and partners.
