Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a strategic, hands-on Manager, Product Marketing to lead a team and own product marketing for key lines of business. You will translate customer, market, product, and performance insights into positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.

Collaborating with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing, you will define pricing, segmentation, and messaging, equip sales with narrative tools, and track adoption and revenue impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product marketing, B2B SaaS or similar complex solution environment.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Hands-on pricing and packaging experience.
• Proficient in TAM/SAM/SOM, segmentation, customer research, competitive intelligence, positioning, messaging, and launches.
• Experience building customer advocacy programs and case studies that connect outcomes to revenue.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of product marketers and own product marketing strategy for designated lines of business.
• Own marketing strategy from market assessment through launch, adoption, and growth.
• Define market and commercial strategy, customer insights, and competitive intelligence.
• Own segmentation, ICPs, competitive analysis, and market sizing to inform where to win.
• Turn insights into actionable recommendations for product investment and revenue planning.
• Own pricing and packaging strategy with cross-functional partners (Product, Finance, Sales).
• Provide sales with narratives, tools, training, and competitive guidance to win and expand customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales to identify advocates and translate testimonials into proof points.
