Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a strategic, hands-on Manager, Product Marketing to lead and develop a team while owning product marketing for key lines of business. You will translate customer, market, product, and performance insights into positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies in close partnership with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing.

You will lead, coach, and develop the team, define market strategy, own segmentation and TAM/SAM/SOM analysis, and drive revenue

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or related experience in B2B SaaS or another complex solution environment.
• 3+ years of people management with demonstrated leadership.
• Hands-on pricing and packaging expertise with TAM/SAM/SOM analysis and segmentation.
• Experience building customer advocacy programs and developing testimonials and case studies.
• Experience partnering with enterprise Sales, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing teams.
• Strong leadership, judgment, and ability to guide cross-functional teams.
• Commercial and analytical fluency to structure questions, test assumptions, interpret data, and advise decisions.
• Excellent writing, storytelling, presentation, project management, and executive communication skills.
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset in a fast-moving environment; healthcare/regulated markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of product marketers with clear priorities and high-quality work.
• Direct ownership of product marketing strategy and execution from market assessment to launch and growth.
• Collaborate with Product and leaders to shape roadmaps, investments, and growth plans.
• Develop customer segmentation, ICPs, competitive intel, and TAM/SAM/SOM insights.
• Turn insights into actionable recommendations for product investment and revenue planning.
• Lead positioning, messaging, and value propositions for assigned businesses.
• Own pricing and packaging strategy in partnership with Finance and Sales.
• Drive go-to-market strategy for new products and major enhancements.
• Equip Sales and Customer Success with narratives, tools, and enablement materials.
• Track adoption and commercial performance and adjust strategies based on results.
