Job summary

ABB is seeking a leader to develop and support the advisory services strategy in the US, aligning with global priorities to drive qualitative and quantitative targets. You will localize offerings, plan, monitor, and grow a US portfolio, and ensure successful project execution while promoting ABB core values.

The role reports to the Product Line Manager – Advisory Services and features a remote work model. Travel up to 50% domestically and internationally will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in global functions (marketing, sales, account mgmt, product mgmt).
• Experience in service operations and field service in power distribution/energy.
• Strong understanding of customer needs, electrical products, applications, and service solutions.
• Proven ability to develop customer-focused solutions and grow service offerings.
• Experience managing complex customer projects and partnerships, including M&A initiatives.
• Global mindset with intercultural communication and relationship-building.
• Fluent in English; travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
• Candidates must have work authorization to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the U.S. Advisory Services portfolio and strategy.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute U.S. go-to-market plans and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and global stakeholders to drive revenue and margins.
