Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or related field.
• Significant pre-sales systems engineering or solution consulting experience.
• Deep experience in campus and branch networking including wired, wireless, WAN, security and NAC.
• Strong Juniper Junos and Mist experience is required; API knowledge preferred; SRX knowledge desirable.
• Experience with network access security solutions like ClearPass, ISE, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior pre-sales technical advisor for Federal Civilian Agency customers.
• Partner with Account Managers to qualify and advance opportunities.
• Lead discovery and translate business and technical requirements into solution architectures.
• Design and present solutions across campus/branch networking, WAN, security, NAC, and cloud management.
• Build and deliver proposals, presentations, workshops, and PoC engagements.
• Engage with engineering, product management, services, and partner teams to align solutions to outcomes.
• Travel regularly to customer sites and strategic events.
