Job summary

Ericsson Mobile Financial Services seeks a Senior Presales Solution Architect to lead technical engagements across mobile money, wallets, and payments in the US. You will design architectures, author proposals, and guide customers from discovery through live demonstrations, aligning technical depth with business value for executives.

The role requires hands-on fintech experience, strong API and cloud knowledge, and the ability to travel in a US-based position.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution architecture or deeply technical fintech roles.
• Proven track record leading complex architecture-driven engagements in fintech/payments.
• Hands-on fintech platform knowledge: mobile money, wallets, APIs, microservices, cloud.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical presales process from discovery to executive presentations.
• Act as lead technical authority in customer engagements and articulate fit for complex fintech environments.
• Architect tailored, scalable solutions spanning mobile money, wallets, payments, APIs, and financial inclusion use cases.
• Design integration architectures addressing security, compliance, scalability and interoperability for US financial services.
• Build compelling solution narratives linking technical capability to business value for engineers and executives.
• Produce top-quality technical proposals, blueprints and RFP/RFI responses that differentiate us.
• Coordinate handovers to delivery with sales, product, and implementation teams.
• Monitor US fintech trends and regulatory shifts to inform solution strategy.
• Create reusable technical assets and guide partner-led engagements.
