Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Manager of Presales Engineering to lead a team of Engineers, Architects, and Specialists focused on delivering the right technical solutions to meet customer needs.

You will coach, train, and develop Solutions Engineers, participate in customer meetings, and drive deals to close with the sales team. This remote role includes a Home Office setup as determined by SHI management and requires 35% travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a Pre-Sales Technical role.
• Minimum 2 years development and coaching experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Position requires 35% travel for business.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train, and develop Solutions Engineers.
• Lead customer meetings to move the process forward and help close deals.
• Engage with CIO/CTO and IT leaders to sell and build relationships.
• Train sales on technical positioning of solutions.
