Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer- Network to join our team as a network expert supporting account teams, customers, and go-to-market initiatives.

The role involves consultative discussions on Network platforms, aligning technology with business goals, and identifying opportunities for SHI. This position is remote in the Atlanta, GA area with a Home Office setup as determined by SHI management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Cisco networking products including switches, routers, wireless, Nexus, and Meraki.
• Willingness to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer events.
• Advanced Certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, JNCIE, JNCIP, CASX, ACSP.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account teams to evaluate customer data center environments.
• Design and propose tailored infrastructure solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Build and maintain technical relationships with OEMs and partners.
• Provide product training and technical education to sales and customers.
• Act as trusted IT advisor for customers with Field Account Executives.
• Develop strategies to grow top prospects and acquire new business.
• Identify opportunities within Data Center, Cloud, Network, Security, Collaboration, and Services.
