Job summary

SHI International is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer- Network to work remotely with a Home Office setup. You will partner with account teams to analyze customer data center environments, design tailored network solutions, and present architectures that meet business goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, at least 2 years with Cisco networking products, and willingness to travel; advanced certs are a plus. SHI offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

Completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required.
Minimum 2 years of experience with Cisco networking products (switches, routers, Nexus, Meraki).
Willingness to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events.
Advanced certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, JNCIE, JNCIP, CASX, ACSP are a plus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with account teams to evaluate customer data center environments.
Design and propose tailored infrastructure solutions aligned to business goals.
Build and maintain technical relationships with OEMs and partners.
Provide product training and technical education to sales teams and customers.
Educate customers as trusted IT advisors and manage the solution pipeline.
