Job summary

Everpure, a leader in data storage and flash technology, seeks a Senior Pre-Sales Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will partner with sales to tailor Everpure solutions to customer needs and demonstrate the value of our products and services during the sales process.

You will build deep understanding of customer business drivers, translate requirements into technical architectures, and deliver compelling presentations that help win deals across DAS/NAS/SAN storage spaces. LI-REMOTE

Qualifications

• Pre-sales experience required.
• Experience supporting enterprise storage, networking, systems, cloud or software to enterprise accounts.
• Understanding of multi-tiered client/server and web-based computing solutions.
• Familiarity with modern web architecture (LAMP, microservices) is a plus.
• Experience with Linux, NFS and distributed networks.
• Knowledge of VMware, Ethernet, TCP/IP and general networking.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containers.
• Curiosity and passion for explaining new technology platforms to customers.
• Experience with storage-intensive applications (SQL/Oracle) is desirable.

• Understand customer challenges and tailor Everpure solutions to their needs.
• Collaborate with sales to act as a technical expert during the sales process.
• Demonstrate value of Everpure products and services to customers.
• Develop understanding of customer business drivers and outcomes.
• Connect technology to measurable customer business outcomes.
• Partner with account managers, specialists and channel partners to drive revenue.
• Lead evaluations, benchmarks and system configurations.
• Build and deliver technical presentations to win deals.
• Capture requirements and translate into innovative solutions.
• Identify opportunities for interoperability and testing.
• Support roadmap planning and alliance objectives.
• Stay current with competition and reflect positioning in materials.
• Lead by example with Everpure values.
