Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Systems Engineer for the SLED space in California. This remotely-based role supports public sector customers across California and the wider SLED market, translating storage and infrastructure capabilities into business outcomes.

You will lead technical evaluations, shape solution strategies, and collaborate with sales to drive customer success. A strong background in storage, cloud, and modern web architectures is required.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of pre-sales experience in enterprise storage, networking, or cloud solutions.
• Deep understanding of multi-tier client/server and web-based computing.
• Experience with modern web architecture (LAMP) and microservices.
• Strong knowledge of storage architectures (FC, iSCSI, NAS, SAN).
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP and containers.
