Everpure seeks a dynamic Systems Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing pre-sales team within the SLED organization. You will guide engineers who help enterprise clients modernize data strategies with all-flash storage, cloud, and AI-driven solutions.

The role emphasizes coaching, customer outcomes, and strategic leadership, with a focus on storage architectures (DAS, NAS, SAN) and interoperability across platforms. Based in remote U.S., you’ll influence strategy and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience leading high-performing Sales Engineers
• 10+ years experience selling storage, networking or systems solutions to large accounts and data centers
• Deep understanding of multi-tier client/server and web-based computing solutions
• Experience setting team strategy to acquire new prospects and convert them into clients
• Knowledge of storage architectures (FC, iSCSI, NAS, SAN)
• Knowledge of cloud-native to on-prem, public cloud, provisioning automation, and containers
• Knowledge of VMware, networking (LAN/Ethernet/TCP/IP)
• BS in CS/EE or equivalent experience
