Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Senior Power Delivery Project Manager to lead large‑scale utility projects across transmission, distribution and substations. You will guide scope, schedule, budget, and risk while collaborating with IOUs, IPPs, and cooperatives.

This role requires travel to client sites and alignment with WSP PM standards. You will mentor project teams, manage commercial reviews, and ensure QA/QC and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 15+ years in project management or senior technical leadership for power delivery.
• Strong understanding of the project lifecycle in utility capital projects.
• Analytical, organized, and capable of cross‑functional leadership.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for large‑scale Power Delivery projects incl. budgets, schedules, and KPIs.
• Develop stakeholder engagement and reporting strategies for clients and regulators.
• Lead pursuit, initiation, and startup phases including risk and cost reviews.
• Support contract negotiations and project execution with IOUs, IPPs, and cooperatives.
• Ensure QA/QC adherence, safety programs, and quality plans across teams.
• Mentor project managers and engineers; manage staffing and performance.
