Job summary

WSP USA seeks a Senior Power Delivery Project Manager to lead complex utility infrastructure initiatives across transmission, distribution, and substations. You’ll drive proposals, planning, engineering coordination, procurement, construction, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting, guiding teams to on-time, on-budget delivery.

This role requires 15+ years in power delivery or related fields, a BE/.Engineering degree, and travel to client sites.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
15+ years of project management leadership in power delivery.
Experience with transmission, distribution, and substations.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

Provide PM leadership for large-scale utility projects across transmission, distribution, and substation scopes.
Develop stakeholder engagement strategies and regular reporting to clients and leadership.
Support pursuit, initiation, and startup phases, including commercial reviews and pricing strategies.
Lead contract negotiations and project execution meetings with IOUs, IPPs, and co-ops.
Mentor and manage Power Delivery staff; ensure QA/QC and safety adherence.
